Frank A. Rubino Award for Excellence in Clinical Neurology Teaching

The Frank A. Rubino Award for Excellence in Clinical Neurology Teaching is reserved for clinical neurologists who are exceptional clinical neurology teachers and praised by many with whom they work. This award is reserved for those who have distinguished themselves by devoting their practice to clinical neurology, seeing patients, and teaching clinical neurology and are often the 'neurologists' neurologist' in terms of clinical acumen, clinical judgment, professionalism, and patient/caregiver communication. The Rubino award recognizes those 'neurologists in the trenches' of clinical neurology and helping patients in their clinical practice. These clinical neurology educators are the lifeblood and origins of neurology and exemplified by Dr. Frank A. Rubino. The application period occurs each fall and recipients are recognized at the following spring Annual Meeting.
